Decent but needs improvement

Been using TSB for a few months now. The mobile app is pretty easy to navigate, but I had some trouble with the KYC process when I first signed up. Customer support was helpful, but I felt like I was waiting a bit too long for responses.

Mixed feelings

TSB is good for managing expenses, but sometimes the app glitches. I’ve had instances where my balance didn’t update right away. It’s a little annoying, but it’s manageable.
