Trupanion really helped me after my cat had an accident last year. The coverage worked well and I was relieved to not face the bills alone. However, using their app to submit claims was a pain several times it froze or wouldn’t upload my documents, which slowed things down. Customer support was polite but couldn’t fix the app issues right away. I hope they improve that part soon because everything else has been fine.

I've been with Trupanion for almost a year now. Their coverage for my dog's surgery was pretty solid, and the vet bills were mostly covered as promised. Trupanion's coverage definitely saved me big time when my cat got sick unexpectedly. The policy covers a wide range of treatments, which is great. However, getting through to customer support took longer than I'd like, which was a bit annoying in an urgent situation.
