Mixed experience with TrueUSD

I started using TrueUSD about six months ago to avoid crypto volatility, and while the stablecoin does its job well, the app interface sometimes feels clunky, especially during high traffic times. A couple of times my transfers were delayed, and the automated chat support struggled to give clear answers. What saved me was contacting real agents by email who sorted out my concerns, but it took a day or two. On the upside, the fees are fair, and I've never had an issue with token value slipping from the dollar peg. I’d say keep an eye on app updates and customer support speed if you plan on using them heavily.
