We started using TRM Labs last quarter to improve our crypto risk management. The analytics are insightful and helped catch a few suspicious patterns early. However, I was a bit frustrated with the delayed responses from their support team when we needed urgent assistance during a compliance audit. Hoping they'll speed that up soon.

I've been using TRM Labs' analytics platform for over six months now, mainly for tracking suspicious crypto transactions. The interface is pretty detailed but sometimes gets overwhelming with data overload. I appreciate the depth of risk management tools, but the learning curve was steeper than I expected. Also, their support took a few days to respond last time I hit a snag with the wallet linking feature.
