Easy and fairly reliable
Got my credit report without any hassle and the identity protection alerts are useful. However, the website sometimes loads slowly and that’s a bit annoying.

Helpful credit tools with minor glitches
Using TransUnion has definitely improved how I manage my finances. The credit scoring tools are useful, especially when planning for loans or credit cards. Occasionally the app crashes or updates delay, which can be annoying when I’m checking on the go. Support is responsive though, so those issues don’t last long.

Mostly good but slow support
I signed up for credit monitoring last year and it’s been pretty useful especially with alerts about changes in my credit score. The dashboard is user-friendly, but I got a bit frustrated when I had to contact support about a suspicious inquiry. It took almost a week to get a response, which felt too slow given the nature of the issue. Still, the information they provide has helped me catch a couple of errors on my report, so I’m sticking with it.

Good service but confusing pricing
I like the thoroughness of their credit reports and the identity theft protection is a nice bonus. However, I found their pricing plans a bit confusing at first because of various add-ons and fees. It took me some calls to customer service to fully understand what I was paying for. After that, it’s been smooth sailing and I feel confident monitoring my credit with them.
