Mostly solid but interface could improve
I've been trading stocks and futures with TradeStation for over a year now. The software offers powerful analytics and I appreciate the direct market access, which is key for my strategy. Customer support was helpful when I had issues with account verification last month, they responded within a day. However, the platform UI feels cluttered at times, making it harder to quickly navigate between watchlists and orders. I’d recommend it if you prioritize depth over simplicity.
Good platform but some latency issues
I mainly trade options here and the platform offers a lot of depth in analysis tools. However, I've noticed occasional latency during high volume periods which can be frustrating when trying to time trades perfectly. Customer support is responsive and helped me troubleshoot these delays but it’s still a bit of a downside. The fee structure is transparent, which I appreciate, and overall I feel it's a reliable broker for active traders.

Solid platform with few glitches
TradeStation offers a great range of tools and market access which is perfect for active traders like me. Sometimes there are minor glitches like chart freezing or delayed data refreshes, but those don’t happen often. Customer service has always been quick to respond, which is reassuring. I just wish the mobile interface was a bit more user-friendly for quick trades.
