Tipalti automates many routine tasks for us, especially supplier payments and tax forms. The interface occasionally lags during busy periods which can be annoying. it’s reliable, but would appreciate faster performance during month-end closing.

Using Tipalti has definitely reduced the clerical load for our finance group by automating supplier payments and compliance tasks. The app sometimes feels a bit clunky when I export detailed reports, and I wish it was faster syncing data with our accounting software. Support is helpful when these issues arise but the performance slows down busy workflows. However, the tax compliance and payment accuracy make up for it, so it's an asset overall.

Our company switched to Tipalti last year to handle global payments and tax compliance. The setup was pretty smooth, but the UI isn't super intuitive yet needed some adjustment time for our team. Still, the multi-currency support works well and taxes are calculated correctly. Wish their reports were more customizable, though. Support helped a lot when we hit snags on payment disputes.
