Good overall but watch out for hidden fees
I enjoy using Tinkoff for everyday banking; the app interface is intuitive and I rarely face downtime. However, I noticed the currency conversion rates aren’t the best when making payments abroad which adds up. The card delivery was on point and support was friendly when I called about some transaction questions. It would be great if they added more real-time alerts for suspicious activities to boost security. Still, they seem to genuinely listen to user feedback and update features often.
Convenient but room for improvement
I switched to Tinkoff because I wanted a neobank without branch visits and so far it’s been mostly good. The card arrived within 5 days and activating it took no time. App notifications keep me updated about all the transactions which is handy. However, I wish the app was more stable on older phones because it crashes occasionally when accessing my investments. Also, the limits on daily transfers could be higher for frequent users like me. Customer support was responsive but they need quicker solutions sometimes. happy but expecting better app performance soon.
