Handy service but some quirks
Started using Tink about six months ago to streamline payment processing in our e-commerce platform. Initially, the API responses were inconsistent, especially with account balance retrievals, which caused a few user complaints. After reporting to customer support multiple times, they improved the stability, although occasional delays still happen when initiating payments. I find the dashboard UI a bit cluttered which slows down my monthly reconciliations. Despite these hitches, it definitely reduced the manual work our finance team had to do before.

Mixed feelings on data access
Started using Tink for financial management integration and while the data aggregation is handy, the API docs were confusing at times which slowed our project. Also had an issue with payment confirmations that took two days to resolve. On the plus side, their dev support finally got back with a fix. Could be smoother for sure.
