I’ve used TIKR for about 3 months, mainly for checking financial statements on mid-cap stocks. The breadth of data is nice but I’ve noticed the platform can lag especially during peak hours. Also the search function sometimes gives unrelated results which is annoying. Customer service is friendly but not always quick to respond. I’m hoping for improvements soon because otherwise it’s a helpful tool.

Started using TIKR to monitor my stock picks but sometimes data updates lagged behind official releases. The app crashed twice last month which was frustrating. Support replied but it took a few days. Not terrible, but could be better.

Been using TIKR for a few weeks to dig into company valuations and market trends. The depth of financial data is impressive, especially the comparables and historical metrics. However, I find the interface a bit unintuitive, sometimes it takes extra clicks to find what I need. The customer support answered my questions but wasn’t super fast. Overall it helps with my stock picks, just wish the user experience was smoother.
