tBTC delivers on its promise of secure bitcoin tokenization on Ethereum. However, the user interface feels a bit clunky, especially for newcomers trying to understand the steps. I had to read multiple docs before feeling comfortable wrapping my BTC, but once done, everything worked flawlessly. Hoping for an easier onboarding in future updates.

The idea is solid and the minting is trustless, but sometimes it took 20-30 minutes for the tokens to appear. Not a huge deal, but expect a bit of waiting during peak times.

Used tBTC twice now, works as promised but those Ethereum gas fees really pile up. Wish there was a better way to reduce costs during peak times.

I like using tBTC because it opens up a lot of DeFi options for my BTC. However, I noticed that during high Ethereum network activity, fees spiked quite a bit which made smaller transactions less cost-effective. Still, it’s one of the safer bridges I’ve found so far.
