Reliable broker but watch your use
I've traded on ThinkMarkets for over 2 years, mostly forex and indices. The execution is generally tight and slippage is minimal, which is essential for my scalping strategy. Their customer service is helpful, especially when I had questions about margin calls. I noticed that use rules got a bit stricter recently which slowed me down a bit, but it feels safer overall. The mobile app is pretty intuitive, although I wish it had more advanced charting tools integrated directly.

Solid broker with good educational resources

Decent platform with some hiccups
I've been trading forex and commodities here for about a year now. The MetaTrader 5 integration is smooth and I like the variety of pairs available. However, I did experience a couple of freezes during high volatility days, which affected my trades. Customer support was responsive though and helped me sort out the issues quickly. it's reliable but room for improvement on platform stability.

Good platform with quick withdrawals
I appreciate that ThinkMarkets processes withdrawals quickly and without hassle. The MT4 platform works well on both desktop and mobile. My only gripe is the occasional lag during news hours but nothing major.
