I’m impressed with what Theya offers in terms of features, especially the asset management tools. However, I had an issue that took way too long to resolve with customer support. They need to speed up their response times, otherwise it's a great wallet!

I was excited to try Theya as a new crypto wallet. The wallet itself is user-friendly, but I did have a problem with a slow transaction once. I reached out to customer support, and they helped me out, but the waiting time was annoying. Could definitely be better!
