Good customer support, products okay
I ordered a high chair and had an issue with a missing part. Customer service was quick to send a replacement, which I appreciated. The chair itself is sturdy but a little bulkier than I expected. a decent experience but room for improvement in product descriptions.

Good products, but shipping slow
Ordered a few baby bottles and some toys last month. Product quality was great, but delivery took almost two weeks which was annoying. The support team was polite but couldn’t speed things up. I’ll use them again but hope they improve shipping times.

Good variety but website glitches
I like the curated selection they offer, especially for newborn essentials. However, while browsing, the site crashed a couple of times which got frustrating. Customer service was quick to respond, though, which helped. I’ll probably keep shopping here but hope the tech issues get fixed soon.
