Good products but delivery was slow
I ordered a bath towel set in late March and the towels are very soft and absorbent, exactly what I needed after renovating my bathroom. The only downside was the delivery which took almost two weeks longer than promised, which was kind of annoying since I had guests coming. Customer support was polite but couldn’t speed things up. Still, the quality makes up for the wait, I just hope the shipping improves.

Decent quality but mixed experience
The sheets I ordered feel nice enough, soft and breathable like promised. However, the first package got delayed and customer service was a bit slow to respond. Once they sorted it out and resent the order, everything came fine but that initial wait was frustrating. The outdoor rug I bought at the same time is holding up well against foot traffic though, so that’s a plus. I’ll probably order again but hope shipping gets better.
