Mixed feelings on delivery timing
I ordered some kitchen gadgets and home decor last month and the order arrived later than promised, which was frustrating because I needed the items for a party. The packaging was decent though, and everything was intact. The app showed updated tracking info but the courier seemed to have delays beyond Target's control. Customer service responded politely but couldn’t speed it up, so I’m stuck somewhere between satisfied and annoyed.

Frustrated with confusing returns
Tried to return a wrong size jacket and the return process on the site was a pain. Printout for the return label was glitchy and it took three calls before support sent me a proper label. Wish it were simpler, honestly.
