Good security but app needs tweaks
I like the Tangem card’s security features and how it stores keys safely offline. The transaction signing process is smooth and I don’t need a phone all the time. However, the companion app could be more user-friendly and sometimes the Bluetooth pairing drops unexpectedly. Customer service has been helpful but I'd prefer fewer app bugs overall.

Good wallet with minor app bugs
I bought the Tangem wallet a few months back mainly for offline security and it does that well. The physical card feels sturdy and the secure element reassures me about my crypto’s safety. However, the app occasionally takes a long time to sync or shows incorrect balances briefly, which can be confusing. Support responded quickly when I reported this and promised an update soon. a solid product if you want hardware security without complicated setups.
