Could improve onboarding experience

Good API but support lags
I've been integrating Synctera's API for about three months to launch a new savings product with a local credit union. The platform is pretty decent for handling bank connections, but the documentation could be clearer and I had to wait nearly two days to get answers from support. The onboarding was smooth enough though, and my pilot is finally live after some tweaks.
