Occasionally the dashboard stats lag behind real-time blockchain data, which can be confusing when tracking returns. Withdrawals do take a bit longer if the network is congested but nothing major. Solid but could improve on UI and support

However, sometimes the transaction confirmations lag a bit on Ethereum mainnet which can be frustrating. Their customer support chat took almost 48 hours to respond last week when I had an issue with a staking contract. Also, the interface could be more intuitive, especially for beginners juggling multiple pools. Still, the APYs have been generally stable and I've pulled out decent profits compared to other platforms I tried.
