User-friendly but occasional glitches
Swissquote’s platform is very user-friendly, especially for someone who trades multiple markets like me. I appreciate the real-time data and the customizable dashboards. However, there have been a few glitches with the order confirmation pop-ups, which sometimes caused me to hesitate or double-check before sending trades. Their support team was helpful but it did take a day to get a clear answer. I think the platform is solid but these small bugs can be annoying during fast market moves.

Mostly positive but room for improvement
I've been using Swissquote for over two years, mainly for forex and crypto trading. Their spreads are reasonable most of the time, but during major news events, I saw some slippage and wider spreads that ate into my profits. The desktop platform is solid with great charting tools and quick order execution, but the mobile app sometimes lags when I try to place stop-loss orders urgently. Customer support is polite and helpful, though response times can be slow during peak hours. I recommend Swissquote if you want variety in assets and decent execution, but just keep an eye out during volatile markets.
