Disappointed by support and delays
I deposited liquidity twice last month, but the first transaction got stuck and was pending for too long without any update. Reached out to customer support but got no clear response for days. By the time it processed, I had missed some trading opportunities, which cost me a lot. Fees are also higher than I expected for small swaps. Honestly, I’m considering moving my funds elsewhere because reliability and support really matter in DeFi.
