Impressive for international payments
I had to send money to a supplier in Europe and was recommended Strike by a colleague. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first but the transfer was completed in under 12 hours and the exchange rate was much better than what my bank offered. I also like the notifications they send every step of the way so I always know where my money is. The only tiny gripe is the lack of more detailed transaction history in the app but overall it’s been a great experience.

Mostly smooth transfers
Used Strike for a couple of cross-border payments last month. Transfers were pretty fast and fees were lower than my old provider. Only thing, the app crashed once during a transaction but support helped quickly.

Decent but could be faster
Strike’s payment platform is easy to use and their fees are competitive. However, I experienced a delay once where my transfer took longer than expected, which was inconvenient since I needed the funds urgently. They did offer a partial refund on fees after I contacted support, which I appreciated. I’d say they’re trustworthy but they could work on speeding things up consistently.

Mixed feelings about support and speed
I tried sending money to a friend overseas and the fee was surprisingly low, which was awesome. But then the transfer took almost three days to arrive, which was frustrating. I reached out to customer support and they were polite but couldn’t provide a clear explanation for the delay. Hopefully, they improve response times and speed up transfers in the future.

Good service but interface clunky
Strike offers solid payment processing but the app interface feels outdated. It took me a while to figure out how to add multiple currencies. On the plus side, my last two payments went through without a hitch and fees were transparent.

Great for business transfers
