Confusing interface

Decent but could improve
I signed up to back some early-stage companies and liked that StartEngine offers solid info on each venture. However, the delay in receiving quarterly updates was frustrating, and their mobile interface sometimes glitches, making it hard to check my portfolio on the go. Customer service was polite but slow to respond during that hiccup. Still, the chance to invest in startups directly is pretty cool; just wish the process was smoother.
