Useful but needs better support response times
I've been pooling assets with my friends here for about 4 months. The staking works well and the governance interface is clear. However, I had a transaction freeze once and support took over 3 days to respond, which was frustrating since it held up my funds. Other than that hiccup, the platform’s features help optimize our collective investments nicely.
