Good platform but minor delays sometimes
I appreciate the decentralized approach and trustless environment SpringSui offers. The borrowing process is straightforward and timely most of the time. However, occasionally I’ve noticed small delays in transaction confirmations on the Sui blockchain network, which can be a bit nerve-wracking when timing matters. Customer chat support resolved my questions quickly though, so that balances it out for me.

Great experience but took a bit
I started using SpringSui about three months ago mainly for lending crypto assets. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, but I did hit a snag with KYC verification that slowed me down. Customer support was responsive though, and helped me sort out the documents quickly. Since then, borrowing has been pretty smooth and the interface is clean, which I appreciate as I’m not super tech-savvy. Definitely recommend if you want a secure DeFi platform on Sui blockchain.
