Convenient but card delivery slow
I opened a Solaris account last month mostly for the mobile features. The app is intuitive and transfers are instant which is great for my freelance work. However, I was disappointed the physical card took nearly two weeks to arrive. Support said it was a courier delay but no heads-up was given initially. Still, I plan to keep using it because the digital side is solid and fees are reasonable.

Solid digital banking but card delay sucked
I switched to Solaris because I wanted a fully digital experience and the promise of fast transactions. Setting up the account was painless and I really like how the app lets me freeze and unfreeze my card instantly. The problem came with the physical card delivery, it took nearly three weeks, which was annoying since I needed it for some offline purchases. Customer support apologized and said it was due to courier issues, but still, they should improve that part. Otherwise, the digital side works great and fees are transparent.
