Mixed feelings on the customer service

I’ve been using SoFi for a few months and while the trading platform is decent, I got frustrated when a withdrawal got delayed without clear explanation. The chat support took a while to respond and the answers were vague. On the plus side, their mobile app layout is really intuitive and I like the educational content available.

Average experience with glitches

SoFi’s platform is okay for basic trades but I ran into some app glitches that delayed my orders twice last week. It felt risky during volatile market swings. Support responded with apologies and promised improvements but that doesn’t help me in the moment. Hoping the tech side gets better soon.
