Super fast and hassle-free swaps

Convenient but support could improve
Swapping crypto here is super straightforward and fast. However, when I had a small issue with a delayed transaction, their chat support took longer than I expected to respond. They eventually sorted it out, but it felt a bit frustrating waiting for the help. The app itself works great, and the no-registration feature is a lifesaver when you need quick trades.

Reliable with decent fees
Used SimpleSwap a few times now, and it never took too long to get my coins exchanged. The fees are transparent, which I like a lot, and the transaction confirmations came through quickly. I do wish they had a bit more info on their site about how they calculate exchange rates, but overall my experience has been solid and I plan to keep using them for smaller trades.

Great for quick crypto conversions
