Prices on sephora.fr are pretty competitive, especially during sales. I ordered a perfume last month and the site was easy to navigate. However, when I had a question about my order status, the chat support took quite a while to respond which was annoying. Hoping they improve that soon.

I love how many brands Sephora offers online, it’s easy to find exactly what I want. However, my last order took almost two weeks to arrive which was frustrating. The tracking info wasn’t updated properly either, so I kept wondering where my package was. I wish shipping was faster because the selection is really great otherwise.
