Sephora's site is usually easy to use but last week the app crashed twice while I was trying to check out. Also, some items showed in stock but later were unavailable. Still, the delivery was on time.

I love browsing Sephora’s online store because it has so many brands in one place. However, sometimes the prices feel a little steep compared to other retailers, especially on popular makeup. Still, the site is easy to navigate and shipping is reliable.

The app interface is sleek and intuitive, but I keep running into slow loading times and occasional freezing during checkout. It’s a bit frustrating when you’re trying to grab limited edition items quickly. Hopefully, they fix these bugs soon.
