The trading fees are honestly some of the best I've seen, and I appreciate the clear transparency on costs. However, last month I had an issue with a delayed withdrawal and their customer service was pretty slow to respond in chat. Took a few days longer than I expected to get my funds. Hopefully they can speed that up soon.
