Convenient but waiting on UI update
The concept is great, managing multiple chains without crazy bridges is a win. But app glitches out sometimes and I wish gas fee estimates were clearer. Customer support was okay, not super fast.

Good protocol but occasional delays
Used smooth V2 a few times and it’s mostly reliable. Cross-chain functionality is neat but once my withdrawal took almost 12 hours, which was frustrating. Otherwise fees are pretty low.

Mostly good but UI could improve
I like how fast the swaps happen but sometimes the interface lags and that gets annoying. Also wish the token list was easier to search through. Support replied quickly though when I asked about my stuck transaction.
