Good but needs better support response
I've been using Scroll for about 6 months on a decentralized finance app. The infrastructure is solid, and transaction throughput is impressive, cutting down confirmation times drastically compared to Ethereum mainnet. However, when I faced an issue with a stuck transaction, support took nearly 48 hours to respond, which is frustrating during active trading. Also, some of the developer tools lack detailed examples, so onboarding junior devs was slower than expected. Hoping they improve docs and chat responsiveness soon.
Decent platform but docs need work
I started using Scroll a few months ago to build a decentralized exchange. The tech is solid, and transaction speeds are great, but I struggled with vague documentation on smart contract integration. It took some trial and error to get staking features working properly, which delayed our beta launch. Support eventually helped clarify, but having better examples upfront would save a lot of time. Once set up, the network has been stable and scalable, which is critical for trading volumes.
Good tools but minor issues
Scroll offers great scalability tools for dApp devs. The docs could be clearer in some parts, especially around smart contract deployment. Still, the transaction speeds are impressive.
Mostly smooth, small bugs
I've integrated Scroll into our NFT marketplace. It handles decentralization well but ran into a caching bug that delayed some token transfers. Support helped, but fix took a while.
Great scalability, slight UI hiccups
The platform's scalability solutions are top-notch, which helped reduce gas fees dramatically. However, their dashboard UI can be confusing when tracking transaction statuses.
Efficient but support can improve
Scroll’s blockchain infrastructure brought significant improvements to our digital asset platform, especially in reducing transaction fees and confirmation delays. The API is well designed but sometimes returns cryptic errors that make debugging harder. I had to reach out to support twice last month; their replies were helpful but a bit slow. it’s a solid setup for decentralized apps but could benefit from faster customer service and clearer error messaging.
