Good platform but some quirks
I've been using Schwab for about a year now, mainly for my retirement account and occasional stock trades. The platform is pretty reliable and I like the educational resources they offer. However, I had a small hiccup with the order execution speed during a volatile morning session, which made me a bit nervous. Customer support was helpful though and clarified things quickly. it's solid but not perfect for lightning-fast trades.
Mostly good but app could improve
I like the low fees and easy account setup, but sometimes the app crashes when I try to execute trades fast. It’s not a dealbreaker but pretty annoying during volatile markets. Wish they’d fix that soon.
Good broker with room to grow
I’ve been using Schwab primarily for stock and ETF trading. The commissions are competitive and the educational resources are solid. However, I ran into a few delays when transferring funds between accounts, which was frustrating since I need to act fast sometimes. The mobile app interface could be more intuitive too. Still, I appreciate their wide range of investment options and decent customer support.
Decent but not perfect
The desktop platform is feature-rich but feels cluttered sometimes. Placing stop loss orders was a bit confusing at first. Support answered my questions but took longer than I wanted. Still, I get fair pricing on trades which is a plus.
Easy to use trading app
App is user-friendly and stable.
Good but some tech glitches
I opened my account last year and mostly everything works fine, but I did have a stuck order that took customer service a day to resolve. Their reps were polite and helpful, so that softened the frustration. I also wish the stock screener had more filters for tech stocks. Otherwise, I enjoy their commission-free trades and educational content, which helped me understand options trading better.
