Decent but room to improve
I like using SCB for daily transactions because the app is user-friendly. But when I tried to link my external cards for payments, it took several tries and a call to support to fix it. Also, the spending reports could be more detailed.

Good features but support slow
The payment solutions SCB offers are convenient and save me tons of time. However, I ran into an issue with verifying my identity; the KYC process took longer than expected and support was not very responsive. Thankfully, the app itself functions well once everything is set up.
