Mostly good, one glitch
App works fine for most payments but the currency conversion fee surprised me. It wasn't clear until checkout. Wish they made fees more transparent.

Solid app but needs better notifications
I like managing my accounts entirely online with Santander. The digital statements are clear and easy to download. However, sometimes I miss out on transaction alerts when they delay by a few hours. Also, recently I noticed the app froze when I tried to update my profile info. Support responded fast though, which I appreciated.

Convenient but some delays
Payments and bill pay options are pretty convenient on the app. Had a little delay once when trying to pay a credit card, but customer service resolved it quickly. It's reliable for basic banking.

Convenient with few delays
The app is handy for daily use and I like the digital wallet function. Occasionally, transfers to other banks take longer than promised but not frequently. Support chat helped once when I had trouble linking an external card. Definitely better than my old bank's clunky app.

Reliable with minor hiccups
I’ve been with Santander for almost a year now, mostly to handle all my payments digitally since I travel a lot. Their virtual card feature is great for online shopping and feels safer than carrying physical cards. The app generally works smoothly, but last month it took a day longer than usual to transfer funds internationally, which was a bit stressful before my flight. Customer support was responsive though, offering a good explanation and refunding part of the fees. I feel confident banking here, even if some small improvements would help.
