I appreciate the top-notch security here, especially with 2FA for every login. However, sometimes the app freezes for a few seconds when switching wallets which gets annoying. Still, it’s better than my old wallet.

Sometimes when I withdraw to another exchange, the transaction takes longer than expected, like up to 2 hours. Support says it’s network congestion mostly, which is understandable but can be frustrating when timing matters. Otherwise, wallet security and UI are good.
