I like how easy Rover is to use and the variety of sitters in my area. Booked a walker last week and the person was on time and friendly. However, I wasn’t aware of the extra service fees until after booking which was annoying. Still, the dog enjoyed the walk so I’ll probably use it again.

Booked a sitter for my golden retriever last month and things went well until the last day when the sitter texted about a sudden emergency and had to leave early. Rover support helped me find a backup quickly but the disruption stressed my dog a bit. Otherwise, the platform is easy to navigate and the profiles offer good info. Just wish the backup plan was smoother.
