Good basics but lacks depth
I started using Rosetta Stone to prep for a trip to Spain and found the interactive lessons pretty solid for beginners. The pronunciation exercises helped me a lot, but after a month, I felt stuck because the grammar explanations were too light. I wish there were more cultural context or conversational practice. Also, the app sometimes lagged during listening drills, which was frustrating. decent for starting out but not enough for intermediate learners.

Mixed feelings about progress
I committed to Rosetta Stone to improve my German for work, but after two months, I feel like I've only scratched the surface. The lessons are structured nicely, but I miss more real-life conversation practice. The software focuses a lot on vocabulary and pronunciation, which is great, but I wish it included more interactive speaking with native speakers. Also, the subscription price seemed high compared to other platforms I tried. Still, it’s useful for building a foundation.
