Mixed results with uniETH liquidity pools
Started using Bedrock uniETH last year to enter DeFi liquidity pools on Ethereum. While the platform is quite user-friendly and transactions are honestly pretty quick, I ran into some issues with the staking interface not updating my earned rewards properly. Support replied but they took almost three days to resolve the glitch, which was frustrating since I like to monitor my position daily. Also noticed the withdrawal fees seemed higher compared to another DeFi app I tried before, which cuts into profits a bit. However, once issues were sorted, the overall experience felt decent and I appreciate the transparency on fees and pool info.

Unpredictable gas fees and swap delays
I started using Bedrock uniETH to manage my Ethereum-based assets because of their promise of transparent DeFi services. Initially, I was impressed by how easy it was to stake uniETH directly through the platform. However, after a couple of weeks, high gas fees during peak times made quick trading frustrating. One time my swap order just sat pending for hours before finally failing, which cost me a good chunk due to price swings. Customer chat support was polite but slow; they advised me to try swapping during non-peak hours instead. It’s a bit of a hassle but since staking works well otherwise, I’m hanging in there hoping for better optimization soon.
