Fast approvals but needs clearer instructions
I liked how quickly they approved my mortgage but the paperwork instructions were kinda vague and led me to submit a few forms twice. Support helped eventually but it could be confusing at first.

Convenient but a little frustrating at times
Using Rocket Mortgage really sped up the whole home loan process compared to what I experienced before. The platform’s automation meant less back and forth like those endless bank visits I had last time. That said, the app crashed a couple times during document upload, which made me nervous they’d miss deadlines. Customer support fixed it quickly but it threw me off momentarily. Still, I’m glad I went digital with them since I closed on my new place a month ago with minimal stress.
