Good but payroll glitches
Rippling's interface for payroll is mostly smooth, but I did encounter a delay once that made payday stressful. Customer support was helpful though and got it fixed quickly.

Great overall but confusing pricing details
I like how Rippling combines HR and finance in one platform, and their automated tax filings have saved us a ton of headaches. However, their pricing tiers aren't very clear, especially concerning add-ons like benefits management. It took me a few calls to support to fully understand what we were paying for and see if it was worth it. Still, the time saved and error reduction has made it worthwhile so far.
