Good product but subscription pricey

Good overall but tricky motion zones setup
I have two Ring cameras covering front and back yards. The video quality is great and the app is user-friendly. However, configuring motion zones took me a while to get right because it kept sending alerts from cars passing by the street. Customer support helped me sort it out, but it was a bit time-consuming. Still, I feel more secure with these installed.

Good features but app glitches
I’ve had the Ring Doorbell Pro for about six months now, and while I love the crisp video quality and easy two-way talk, the app sometimes freezes when I try to review older clips. It happened a few times last week when I needed to check on a delivery, which was frustrating. Also, the motion alerts occasionally get delayed, which isn't ideal for security. Customer support was polite but couldn’t fix the app glitch yet. Hoping they release an update soon to smooth things out.

Nice cameras but pricey subscription
My family installed three Ring Floodlight Cameras around the house recently because we wanted stronger security coverage. The lights are super bright and the video clarity during night is impressive, which really helps when checking the backyard late at night. However, I was a bit annoyed by the mandatory subscription fee to access recorded videos, which adds up over the year. Also, the first delivery of one camera was delayed, and the packaging was slightly damaged, but the replacement arrived quickly without issues. I'm happy with the product quality but wish the subscription was cheaper or optional.

App notifications sometimes delayed

Mostly happy with Ring
Video quality is sharp, I like that.
