Good features but app glitches often
Used Regions for a few weeks now and I’m kinda torn. The payment solutions are solid and the no-branch setup is convenient, but their app crashes way too often, especially when I try to check transaction history or transfer funds quickly. Also, customer support took almost two days to reply when I had an issue with KYC verification. Hoping they fix these bugs soon because the concept is good, just the execution needs work.
