Mixed Experience with Razorpay
I've been using Razorpay for a few months now for my online store. The payment gateway works fine most of the time, but I've had a couple of instances where transactions got stuck and took ages to reconcile. Customer support was responsive, but I expected them to resolve issues faster. it's decent but could be better.
