Rakuten's platform made finding a specific fashion item pretty simple with lots of options. I placed an order that came on time, but when I had to return a size that didn’t fit, the process was a bit confusing and slow. They could definitely improve their return policies or instructions.

I like that Rakuten frequently has sales and coupons, which saves me money. The app layout is mostly intuitive but sometimes freezes during checkout, which is frustrating. Still, I found what I needed easily and the checkout was secure.
