Mixed experience with withdrawals
I started trading on Rain last year and initially everything was smooth. Deposits cleared quickly, and the interface was straightforward. But once, my withdrawal got stuck for over 48 hours which was frustrating as I needed the funds urgently. Support took a while to respond and the explanations felt generic. However, after the delay they processed the request and sent a small bonus for the inconvenience. I hope they improve withdrawal processing speed soon because otherwise it’s a decent platform with good coin variety and reasonable fees.

Support said they were updating the servers which explains it but still, it cost me. Other than that, the fees are lower than most exchanges I’ve used and the staking options are a nice bonus. Hope they fix the lag soon because otherwise it’s a solid exchange with decent liquidity.
