Disappointed with delays and support
I tried to implement Railsr's services last month but kept running into transaction delays and errors that weren't clearly explained. The support replies took days and weren't very helpful. For a neobank platform promising speed and flexibility, this was frustrating and hurt our launch timeline badly.
