The mattress and pillows are very comfortable and I noticed less tossing at night. The only downside is the mattress is quite heavy, so moving it around was a challenge. Otherwise, the quality is excellent and I've been sleeping better.

The Purple mattress feels unique but a bit too firm on my side. I like the cooling grid but after a few weeks I wished it had a softer top layer. Customer support was helpful though when I called about mattress care tips.

Really like the comfort and cooling effect of the mattress, but the delivery took almost two weeks longer than promised. A bit frustrating since I was eager to get my new bed set up. Support did keep me updated though.
