The app crashes occasionally during peak hours, which made me nervous about my funds, but nothing was lost. the smart contract audits give me confidence, but I wish the UI was more intuitive. Started staking with Puffer Stake a few months ago and the yield rates looked promising. The interface is generally clear but once I accidentally triggered a double stake due to a UI glitch, which was stressful. Support took two days to respond and fix it. On the plus side, their transparency about rewards and fees is solid, and the staking rewards do accumulate steadily. Just wish the app was a bit more stable and customer service faster for urgent issues.

I moved my ADA tokens to Puffer Stake in March to try their platform and overall it's been positive. The annual yields were competitive and the interface shows real-time reward updates, which I liked. One time, during a network congestion period, my unstake request was delayed by almost a day, causing some anxiety. Support was responsive but couldn’t speed up the blockchain processing times. I also appreciate their transparent fee structure, no hidden costs which is refreshing in DeFi. Hoping they improve transaction speeds soon.
